Colleen’s unique blend of experience comes from over 30 years of working with a broad range of clients across corporate, public sector and private practice, in both Australia and the UK. Over this time, she has developed a keen insight into the impact of illness and injury on an individual’s opportunity to participate in a meaningful life and works to assist individuals to acquire skills, knowledge, environments and resources to live a healthy life with meaning, purpose and pleasure.

An effective and sensitive communicator, Colleen encourages change and uses initiative to explore issues and resolutions while maintaining open communication with all parties. Her ability to rapidly understand and analyse complex information and client requirements is a valuable tool in Colleen’s skill set which she uses masterfully to deliver innovative and creative solutions and bring about positive and sustainable outcomes.
